  • Track Event Heats:

Session 3: Athletics Fundamentals + Field Session

  • Jumping Events Rotations:
    • Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump
  • Throwing Events Rotations:
    • Shot Put, Javelin, Discus
  • Event Rotation: Students will alternate between jumping and throwing events as needed.

Return to Henley High School

Time: 1:30 PM – 1:45 PM

Students will catch the bus back to Henley High School and be ready for pick-up by 1:45 PM.
