Thank you for considering entry to the Henley Sports Academy. Before starting your application, please be aware of the following:

Preparing to complete the form

• Entry to the Henley Sports Academy is subject to selection criteria and agreeing to the Academy Expectations.
• There are specific application periods held throughout the year. Review our key dates to see that you are applying at the right time.
• You may be required to pay an application fee.
• You are required to upload your school reports from the last 2 years with your application form. You will not be able to submit your application without these.
• Applications are online only. Paper copies are not accepted.

Applications must be submitted in full and on time. No applications are accepted after the due date and time
