The Western Zone Competition allows students to play against other schools in either weekly or day carnival sporting competitions. It is an opportunity for students to have fun, play with their friends and experience sports they have not played before.

The format of the knockout competition is the losing team is eliminated with the winner progressing to the next round. All students at Henley High School have the right to trial for any knockout sporting team. The best team available will be selected to represent Henley High in what is deemed the flagship sporting competition for the school.
