Thank you for considering entry to the Henley Sports Academy. Before starting your application, please be aware of the following:

Preparing to complete the form

Entry to the Henley Sports Academy is subject to selection criteria and agreeing to the Academy Expectations.
There are specific application periods held throughout the year. Review our key dates to see that you are applying at the right time.
You may be required to pay an application fee. This must be paid by the application close date or your application will not be accepted.
You are required to upload your school reports from the last 2 years with your application form. If you don’t have them with you, you can submit your application and email the reports to [email protected]. Reports must be submitted by the application due date or your application will not be accepted.
You are required to send our Coach’s Confidential Reference Form to your coach before the application close date. They are then asked to complete and email it separately to [email protected].
Applications are online via this form only. Paper copies are not accepted.

I understand that the Henley Sports Academy is an optional program, which is exclusive to Henley High School.

I understand that there is an annual enrolment fee to be part of the Henley Sports Academy.

I understand that this contract and declaration constitutes a commitment to pay the annual levy for the Henley Sports Academy for a minimum of 3 years whilst enrolled at Henley High School. I am aware that I will be invoiced for the remainder of my contract if I choose to leave the Academy or are removed due to not meeting the expectations through the probation process. Exiting the Academy is done in consultation with the Assistant Principal Director for Sport.

I understand that where payment has not been received by the due date specified that Henley High School’s debt recovery policy will apply.

I declare that the information provided in this application is, to the best of my knowledge, accurate and complete. I recognise that, should statements in this application prove to be false or misleading, any decision made as a result of this application may be reversed.

I understand that there is no automatic entry to a school for children whose older siblings gained entry through a selective entry special interest program.
