PROGRAM OUTLINE

The Specialist Football Program is based upon a 3 phase periodization training program that is aligned to the dynamics of a football season.  Students will have two 100 minute lessons per week over the whole year.

Phase 1: Pre-Competition preparation (Term 1)
Phase 2: Competitive preparation (Term 2 & 3)
Phase 3: Specific Development Preparation (Term 4) 

The training schedule supports a whole year development model focussing on preseason, in season and post season training methods.

  • Specific skill and technique development
